YOUR RECEIPT AND DEPARTURE POINT Please present your receipt to your host upon arrival at the designated meeting point. The location of the departure point will be given to you at time of confirmation. Please reconfirm your reservation and provide us your room number 24 hours prior to your scheduled servive. We cannot be held responsible for clients showing up late.
AVAILABILITY The services sold through this site are subject to availability. The services purchased will be reconfirmed via phone once received in our office. IMPORTANT We request that you carefully check the dates on your receipt and to contact us immediately if these are not correct. Participants must be 21 years of age. Picture ID is required to enter all clubs. Vegas Rockstar is not responsible for any person turned away at a club for any reason, including no ID. Dress code is enforced by the clubs - Ladies are requested to not wear flip flops. Gentlemen are requested to wear a button-up or polo shirt. Nice jeans are acceptable, sneakers are not. Vegas Rockstar is not responsible for any person who is turned away from the clubs for not being in dress code.
CANCELLATION POLICY * Cancellation between now and 72 hours prior to departure date: 20% rebooking fee. * Cancellation less than 72 hours prior to departure date and time or no-show : 100% of the total amount * Special orders are to be paid in full and are non-refundable.
